BLAZE GREEN COMBI boiler is based on all the proven advantages of the BLAZE GREEN model and is extended with a rotary pellet burner. It enables an automatic transition to wood pellet combustion, ensuring continuous heating operation. At the same time, it offers an easy return to manual fuel loading – during which the pellet burner is automatically switched off. The combination of different fuel combustion in both manual and automatic modes makes the BLAZE GREEN COMBI boiler one of the most versatile and environmentally friendly solutions on the market.

  • Automatic stallkeeper - one flood per season (patent pending)

    Imagine a boiler that you melt only once. The mechanical fuel detection system of BLAZE HARMONY boilers will make your daily heating easier. When the fuel in the boiler burns out, the burning is stopped by automatically switching off the exhaust fan. Thanks to this clever detection, a layer of glowing embers remains in the boiler feed chamber for up to several tens of hours – an automatic stoker. When the wood is reapplied to the stacker layer, the boiler will self-ignite without the need for heating. The automatic stoker system ensures economical operation of the boiler using all the fuel and makes stoking the boiler a 2 minute affair.

  • Efficient combustion of any wood (patent pending)

    The three-stage air supply ensures uniform combustion by gasification with an efficiency of over 90%. This technology, developed by BLAZE HARMONY, can adjust the air ratio itself depending on whether you are burning hardwood, softwood, larger logs or wood with higher moisture content. The result is a longer burn per batch and maximum energy use. With the BLAZE GREEN and BLAZE PRAKTIK boilers, comfort goes even further. Lamda probe-controlled airing controls the combustion completely automatically and without the need for your intervention. This ensures even higher boiler efficiency with minimal emissions.

  • Jet nozzle for efficient combustion (patent pending)

    Special jet nozzle at the bottom of the feeding
    chamber increases combustion efficiency and keeps the fuel in the correct position. Thanks to the original
    shape, it naturally discharges ash without the risk of clogging and thus allows continuous operation of the boiler with lower operating costs.

  • Mechanical turbulators for higher heat yield

    Innovative mechanical turbulators located in the boiler heat exchanger increase the overall heat yield and at the same time allow easy cleaning. By simply moving a lever on the side of the boiler, unwanted debris can be removed from the heat exchanger even during operation without any need to dismantle the boiler. Mechanical turbulators help maintain high boiler efficiency and make overall boiler maintenance easier.

Automatická řídicí jednotka ecoMAX

Řídicí jednotka ecoMAX přináší pohodlné ovládání kotle prostřednictvím intuitivního dotykového displeje. Díky ní lze regulovat výkon v rozsahu 30–100 % bez ztráty účinnosti či kvality spalování. Inovativní technologie kotlů BLAZE HARMONY zajišťuje, že i při snížení výkonu ze 100 % na 50 % zůstává spalování stejně efektivní – pouze probíhá po dvojnásobně dlouhou dobu. Regulátor současně dohlíží na maximální teplotu vody a chrání systém před přetápěním.

Automatická řídicí jednotka umožňuje provozovat kotel na nižších výkonech (důležité zejména v přechodném období) a instalovat menší akumulační nádrž, což vede k výrazné úspoře financí i prostoru.

Regulátor také vyhodnocuje hodnoty O₂ naměřené lambda sondou a na jejich základě řídí přívod spalovacího vzduchu tak, aby udržel nastavenou hodnotu zbytkového O₂ a zároveň zajistil co nejkvalitnější spalování s nižší spotřebou paliva.

Řídicí jednotku ecoMAX 960D lze rozšířit o modul P, který rozšiřuje možnosti ovládání vytápění. Tento modul umožňuje nejen řízení spalování pelet, ale také správu solární instalace, ohřev akumulačních nádrží a regulaci přívodu vzduchu do kotelny. Díky těmto funkcím je modul vhodný i pro kotle na dřevo, u nichž lze takto přidat pokročilé funkce a rozšířit jejich možnosti.
