BLAZE PRAKTIK COMBI is based on all the proven advantages of the BLAZE PRAKTIK model and is extended with a rotary pellet burner. It enables an automatic transition to wood pellet combustion, ensuring continuous heating operation. At the same time, it offers an easy return to manual fuel loading – during which the pellet burner is automatically switched off. The combination of different fuel combustion in both manual and automatic modes makes the BLAZE PRAKTIK COMBI boiler one of the most versatile and environmentally friendly solutions on the market.

  • Fuel chamber with improved protection

    The improved design of the double-insulated stoking chamber protects the boiler walls from direct cooling by the heating water. This prevents low-temperature corrosion in the stoking chamber, thereby extending its service life. The double-insulated wall of the stoking chamber also improves overall combustion efficiency and, unlike conventional boilers, is completely replaceable.

  • No additional costs for expensive components patented

    Avoid unnecessary additional costs. The patented heating water mixing system built into BLAZE HARMONY boilers replaces traditional return protection. With BLAZE boilers, there is no need to purchase expensive components such as mixing valves, pumps, or emergency cooling systems. The patented mixing system also protects the boiler from low-temperature corrosion by regulating the water temperature. Together with the double-insulated chamber, it is the second element that increases the efficiency of the boiler and extends its service life.

  • Rotary burner

    The boiler’s rotary burner is made of a new generation high-chromium alloy that better resists extreme temperatures and thermal corrosion. The burner’s sophisticated design, engineered for continuous operation without weak points such as bends and welds, ensures a significantly longer service life and trouble-free operation of the entire pellet boiler.

  • Adapted for gravity-fed boiler connection

    Simplicity is power. Another advantage of the patented water mixing system is the possibility of gravity connection of the boiler to the heating system. BLAZE HARMONY boilers can operate even without circulation pumps or in the event of a power failure. This provides their owners with greater independence and also savings on the energy consumption of circulation pumps.

  • No additional costs for storage tanks + subsidies

    Don’t overpay where it’s not necessary. Certifiable power controllability allows BLAZE boilers to be installed with a storage tank with a lower volume than required by the standard. For the BLAZE PRAKTIK and BLAZE NATURAL PLUS model series with controllability in the range of 30-100%, it is also possible to connect the boiler to the heating system without a storage tank*. Current grants can be used for all boiler models.
    *However, it is important to note that installing a boiler without a storage tank is not suitable for all types of buildings. It depends on the heat loss of the heated house and other characteristics of the specific heating circuit. For more information on the possible installation of a boiler without a storage tank, please refer to the boiler operating and installation manual or contact your installation company.

    Imagine a boiler that you only need to light once. The BLAZE HARMONY boiler’s mechanical fuel detection system makes daily lighting easier. When the fuel in the boiler burns out, the combustion is stopped by automatically switching off the exhaust fan. Thanks to this smart detection, a layer of hot coals remains in the boiler’s stoking chamber for up to several dozen hours – automatic smoldering. After adding wood to the slow-burning layer, the boiler will reignite without the need for stoking. The automatic slow-burning system ensures economical boiler operation by using all the fuel and makes stoking the boiler a 2-minute job.

  • Efficient combustion of any type of wood (patented)

    The three-band air supply ensures even combustion with an efficiency of over 90%. This technology, developed by BLAZE HARMONY, can automatically adjust the air ratio depending on whether you are burning hard or soft wood of any size. The result is longer burning of a single load and maximum energy utilization. With the BLAZE GREEN and BLAZE PRAKTIK models, comfort goes even further. Lambda probe-controlled aeration automatically controls the combustion process without the need for your intervention. This ensures even higher boiler efficiency with minimal emissions.

  • Radial nozzle for efficient combustion (patented)

    A special radial nozzle at the bottom of the feeding chamber increases combustion efficiency and keeps the fuel in the correct position. Thanks to its original shape, it naturally removes ash without the risk of clogging, thus enabling continuous boiler operation with lower operating costs.

  • Mechanical turbulators for greater heat yield

    Innovative mechanical turbulators located in the boiler exchanger increase overall heat efficiency and facilitate easy cleaning. By simply moving a lever on the side of the boiler, unwanted impurities can be removed from the exchanger even during operation without having to dismantle the boiler. Mechanical turbulators help maintain high boiler efficiency and facilitate overall maintenance.

  • Spacious stoking chamber for convenient stoking

    The top loading door allows for convenient fuel loading without unnecessary bending. The top-loading system allows the chamber to be filled with wood up to 90% of its volume, which is 20% more than conventional front-loading boilers. This makes it possible to load more wood into the boiler, which, in combination with certified power control and automatic aeration, significantly reduces the number of visits to your boiler room.

  • Clean operation without the risk of smoke escaping into the room

    Forget about unpleasant smoke when opening the boiler. Thanks to a smart smoke detection system, the BLAZE boiler recognizes when you want to add wood. Before opening the door, it extracts smoke from the stoking chamber directly into the chimney. This means you can rely on convenient, clean, and safe stoking without any odors or smoke in the room.

  • Certified power controllability for easy adjustment

    Top-notch power control allows you to directly set the desired boiler output in percentages and regulate the boiler during operation. Setting a reduced output ensures a long burning time in the boiler with comparable combustion quality to when the output is set to 100%. This solution is particularly practical during transitional periods when full boiler output is not often required. The output of BLAZE HARMONY boilers can be regulated from 30 (50)% to 100%.

ecoMAX automatic control unit

The ecoMAX control unit provides convenient boiler control via an intuitive touchscreen display. It allows you to regulate output in the range of 30–100% without any loss of efficiency or combustion quality. The innovative technology of BLAZE HARMONY boilers ensures that even when the output is reduced from 100% to 50%, combustion remains just as efficient – it simply takes twice as long. At the same time, the controller monitors the maximum water temperature and protects the system from overheating.

The automatic control unit allows the boiler to operate at lower outputs (especially important in transitional periods) and to install a smaller storage tank, which leads to significant savings in both money and space.

The controller also evaluates the O₂ values measured by the lambda probe and, based on these, controls the combustion air supply to maintain the set residual O₂ value while ensuring the highest possible combustion quality with lower fuel consumption.

The ecoMAX 960D control unit can be expanded with a P module, which extends the heating control options. This module not only allows you to control pellet combustion, but also to manage solar installations, heat storage tanks, and regulate the air supply to the boiler room. Thanks to these features, the module is also suitable for wood-fired boilers, to which advanced features can be added and their capabilities expanded.
